The country star has made history with her new single "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together." Her song was downloaded 623,000 times, besting "TiK ToK" by Ke$ha, which was downloaded 610,000 times in January 2010.
Taylor not only crowned herself with the best-ever selling download by a female artist, but also as the biggest debut by a woman. That last title belonged to Lady Gaga who sold 448,000 downloads of "Born This Way" in February 2011.
Congratulations to Taylor Swift in this new achievement! It pays off to cryptically write about exes and having us try to figure it out.
