According to Us Weekly the singer is close to sealing a deal that will make her a judge on the reality show.
"I'm not sure the deal is completely done yet, but yes, she is definitely doing it," an insider told the publication. "A few more slight things to sign off on but it is happening."
If the contract is signed, Nicki would join Mariah Carey as judge. Other personalities being considered to fill the panel are Nick Jonas and Pharrell Williams.
