We are not really thrilled with the song. When you guys work out, what type of music do you listen to? Fast beats and rhythm that'll get you pumped up. This song is the total opposite, it's slow, dark and doesn't make us feel pumped, just kind of anxious and angry.
Why don't they take a cue from the World Cup? "Waka, Waka" by Shakira was phenomenal as well as the unforgettable "Cup of Life" by Ricky Martin. Those songs were hits and made us enjoy the games that much more.
It's surprising because Britain has so many great artists. Couldn't they have convinced the Spice Girls to record a new dance, fun, pop song? What about exploit One Direction? They are all over the world, this would've been perfect!
Listen to "Survival" below. What do you think of the Olympics song?
