MISS: Zuria Vega's dress seemed to be inspired by "The Little Mermaid" with all those gills on top. That is not the worst part though. It seems that Zuria went to a clothing store, picked out her dress and didn't have it fitted to her. If only she would've at least got the make up right, but not even that. Natural toned colors on her face to match the outfit would've been more successful.
