La Diva de la Banda and La Ley front-man have been confirmed as coaches for the second season of La Voz...Mexico. Jenni Rivera and Beto Cuevas will help find Mexico's next super star.
The Mexican version of The Voice will mix it up for this year, dumping all the talent from the first season in order to keep it fresh. Originally it had been rumored that Juanes would have been part of mentors but ultimately opted out due to a tight working schedule.
The other coaches rumored to sit in the spinning chairs are Miguel Bose and Paulina Rubio. Their names should be confirmed later this week.
Another change was in the host. The producer, Miguel Angel Fox, had confirmed Sandra Echeverria to take over hosting duties, but the Savages star confirmed this morning on Hoy that she couldn't due to an exclusivity contract with Telemundo.
The new season of the musical reality show competition is set to premiere in September.
